No Collection, No Fee
Target Collections works on a “no
collection, no fee” arrangement. If the debt is not collected,
you will not be charged – even though we have spent time and money chasing
your debt. We do not charge solicitor fees.
We will only charge you a success fee of 15% of monies
collected. We also offer to competitively
assess even this low rate if your debtor list is of a high value nature.
Reporting
We are committed to providing regular and concise reports
on the progress of collections action on behalf of our clients. Our normal
reporting schedule is monthly but we will tailor our reporting to your specific
requirements. In addition to hard copy, reports can be sent to you by fax,
e-mail or on disk if required. Our written reports will provide you with the complete details
of the recovery action taken in relation to each account referred to us for
collection. More importantly you can obtain your own reports from your office
24/7 by taking advantage of our
on-line access facility that allows you to ascertain online progress
of collection and leave notes with your instructions. You can ask for your
reports to be tailored to your needs and you can access those reports 24/7 from
your desk.
